Registration Fees

The registration fees cover conference administration and rental of audio-visual equipment during the conference, preparation and printing of conference materials, and expenses of invited speakers.

In particular, the regular and student fees include lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference materials, and a conference T-shirt. The accompanying person (guest) fee covers lunches, and welcome reception. Detailed payment instructions are available in your account after login.

The important dates are visible on the main page. Also, you can read more about the conference venue. You will be able to submit an abstract after registration and filling up the form with your profile. You will be able then to edit abstracts, download invitation letter, etc.
